• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Today I discovered that my neighbor's cat does not sound like a cat. Instead, she sounds like a human imitating a cat.

Huh. Anyone remember that Judgment Rites game that I posted before? The collector's edition thing? I ripped the disk with the bonus features (cringing the whole time since it had never even been removed from the case, but I couldn't find an ISO online) so I could see if there was a way to get the Nimoy and Roddenberry interviews to play. Turns out, they'll run in VLC. Literally the only files on the disk that I can do anything with without DOSBox. Also, it turns out that someone else has already stitched the videos together and uploaded them to YouTube, which was what I was trying to figure out how to do. They're pretty neat.

If the Vorlons promote order and obedience and the Shadows promote chaos and individuality, then shouldn't the Vorlon-aligned cultures be more dictatorial and the Shadow-aligned cultures be more democratic?

Chaos and individuality would be Anarchy or just lack of government.
Republic (what most see as Democratic) is rule of law and obedience to protect the individual against the majority.

I heard the song Mr Brightside was super popular in the UK despite being pretty much unknown in the US and the band being from the US so I found it on YouTube to see what the fuss was and now it won't get out of my head.

The first three Spyro games are being remastered! For real this time!


Release date is September of this year! It will be on XB1 in addition to PS4! There are rumors of Switch and PC versions!

I'm familiar with Virgin Galactic. I didn't know they launched another aircraft for their spaceflight program.

A spaceplane launched from a normal airplane. Seems like something KSP would do.

Apparently there was a huge storm that swept thru Auckland yesterday night, I kinda slept through the whole thing! I sorta saw the aftermath when I went to the store at around 3am to buy snacks. The streets were littered fallen branches and leaves everywhere.

I've made a few faux aliens based on guides, Cardassians, Hirogen and Kobali they are alright, by no means perfect though.

We can try pinging him ( @Terradyhne ) and see if he gets an email notice about it and checks in, but he hasn't logged in here since October, and his DeviantArt account hasn't had activity in eleven months.
