I am really liking these plains/fighters man. If I may suggest something for the most recent one; maybe you should do something different for the front end? Its so pointy it kinda looks like a missile. Maybe like old style migs with a scoop like front end?

Yeah, thats what I ment. I was saying that the pointed front wouldn't make a difference in a ram since they are in space. the scooped front end was only an aesthetic thing.

As for the pointy bit, that may have been exacerbated by the angle, as it uses the same fuselage as the other one.

Looking good man, the current set has all the markings of Ruskie jets. Their aesthetics reminds me of the MiG-31 Foxhound.

And the newest one actually looks like the plane in the movie "Stealth". Forward swept wings ftw

Thank you . What I'm aiming for is for each faction to have a design aesthetic that is both practical yet unique for all different classes. Soviet strikecraft, for instance, use the cylindrical fuselage sections and resemble contemporary jets. These ones (haven't picked a name yet ) are much more angler and sharp.

So would I! I'm having trouble getting anything down - I've got a thousand and two ideas but everytime I try it seems to turn out all weird. Oh well, half day tomorrow so I know what I'll be doing on the train home!

Textured . The intakes on the wings are part of the sophisticated stabilisation and fuel systems; they divert thrust from the main engine to keep the thing steady and make it turn smoothly. Soviet's use reactions control thrusters; these guys just push the other way.
