Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.
Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.
We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

I added them in and tried not to look at what was posted.
Oh like that is it? That means there are plenty more Transformers to create for the next movie.Oh, you want a list of all the Transformers...he he, that's one BIG list.
I find the idea of Robotic Dinosaurs humours Chances we'll see them in the next film? I doubt it.. Whatever happened to them?I'll go straight for the Dinobots question. The Dinobots are from the original series back in the 1980s There is 5 of them originally. They were the only Non-auto Autobots at the time they were introduced. They were introduced to fight the Constructicons (they were the green construction trucks that combined into a single robot) and the Decepticon City, Tripticon, which looked like a giant Tyrannosaurus Rex.
They are as listed -
The Tyrannosaurus Rex - Grimlock (Leader of the pack)
The Brontosaurus - Sludge
The Pterodactyl - Swoop
The Stegosaurus - Snarl
The Triceratops - Slag
I haven't seen this movie yet, but intent too once I get better.
Agreeing with Syf on this one.I'm sure you will enjoy it 100% when you do get to see it.
Agreed. However there was one thing that absolutely left me p/o, it was a cliché and it was the obvious thng that would happen but when it did, it almost ruined the entire movie for me.
I'm of course referring to damn LaBeouf taking out Megatron instead of Optimus Prime doing it, that was just wrong.
Agreed also, didn't want him to die, though it was quite good how he did.Jazz's death sucked also but at least one Autobot had to bite it, so I could live with it.
I knew Starscream survived, he was being chased by some F-22's at the end, though we didn't see him get taken out. I thought Barricade was dead though. Because:Starscream (The F-22) did survive, Barricade (Police Car) escaped as he didn't even participate in the final battle and unless Scorponok was attached to Blackout's (MH-53) back, then he also escaped.
Reincarnation, for those that actually 'died' anyway.. As for Megatron, I agree with you. He'll be back.Though Megatron died, if you notice the fact that they dump his body almost entirely intact into the ocean saying it will "crush the remains from the pressure", the scene ominously screamed Megatron will be back for the sequel. Besides, they still owe us a real Prime vs Megatron showdown. And in the cartoons, death didn't necessarily mean perma-death; pretty much like comic books, many eventually came back, even Prime was killed twice and came back.
Out of curiosity, why do they work this way? Why can't we just type [ spoiler ]blah blah blah [ /spoiler]? What is with the hidden part (yes, I know it hides it) but still... I am curious.Reason the spoiler tags didn't work is between spoiler and the ] you need to add =text.

I hope so. More movies like this, and it is sooooooooo going to rock. I just hope, that alike many sequels, they don't make the next one worse.I expect this is only the beginning of the new incarnation of "The Transformers".
What happened on the Video Game ending?I liked the Vidoe game's dual endings much better.
The movie was pretty awesome all in all but I admit, I liked the Vidoe game's dual endings much better.

Shia Labeouf discusses the acting challenges involved with making the Transformers Movie with IGN
and compares them with another film he is starring in, Disturbia. Shia also confirms that he is signed up for the Transformers sequel.
"There's things you f***ing hate in that type of movie, and there's things that you do enjoy," said LaBeouf of acting in a heavy effects film. "But it's a totally different thing. You show up [for Disturbia] and you have David Morse to act off of. There's a security to it as opposed to [acting opposite] a ball and stick [in Transformers]. There's no way of telling if you and this robot — even after you've gotten your performance down, you've got animators that are going to take the robot and animate it. So it's a 50/50 play and you don't really know how it's going to turn out. Where as in Disturbia you could go back and look at the monitor and see if you felt it or not; in Transformers, we never had that. It was always this ambiguous 'maybe it'll work, maybe it won't' through the whole production. There was no security. And the relationship I had with [director Michael] Bay was not this nurturing, pat on the back [thing]. He was General Patton and you kind of have to be to make those movies."
Prior to the interview, LaBeouf was discussing his new physical training program — one designed to help the young actor "bulk up." Ironically enough, that nondescript conversation led to an exciting revelation.
"That's part of the bulk-up; they talk about the sequels," said LaBeouf of his role in Transformers. "I'm signed up if they do them, yeah."
What happened on the Video Game ending?
That actually sounds really lame.. Whatever happened to him / it?The 1986 Transformers movie introduced Unicron who was a gigantic robot that transformed into a planet or moon, he then ate other planets and moons, something similar in concept to Marvel's Galactus.
So... the whole Unicron storyline, would be the end of the Transformers?Unicron found the rotting carcasses of many of the Decepticons (Including Megatron) and transformed them into a whole bunch of crappy new designs to serve him. By film's end Unicron exploded and appeared in the series as a floating head that barked out orders.
I plan on going to see it tomorrow.
Great movie , saw it and didnt regret a moment , great battles between em
You haven't seen it yet? What has kept you?I plan on going to see it tomorrow.
You must remember, that this storyline is different to what you'll be used to.Btw i remember the old TV show ( the heros ect , i remember a old 1 with a transformer turning into a radio ! ) and saw the Ep with optimus returning , i can still remember thinking " What the hell ? , why is he there ? , how could he have died but remain in the new shows ? "
Why would you want to look elsewhere with Megan Fox on the screen?Same here, it was brilliant!! At no moment was I bored or found myself looking anywhere but the screen.
