• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

This is just for fun-

In living memory there has always been a Doctor Who or Star Trek on television or on the big screen.
It seems that even if one ends the other is still going to be around.
Doctor Who began in 1963 and Star Trek in 1966. When Doctor Who ended its sixth season on June 21 1969 and was absent from television for the next 6 1/2 months, it was replaced in its BBC timeslot the following week on June 28 by Star Trek.
Jumping to 1987 and Star Trek: The Next Generation debuts and two years later in 1989 classic Doctor Who ends.
In March 2005 Doctor Who makes its return and less than two months later Enterprise ends in what appears to be the last Star Trek ever for quite a while.
Funnily enough I got to see the final episodes of Enterprise last night at my uni sci fi club (which is the end of Star Trek for me as a viewer), a week after the Doctor's arrival at the Sci-Fi Channel. A remarkable coincidence since the final episodes of Enterprise was scheduled at the club even before Sci Fi made its decision to show new Who.
Funny how things come full circle.

I have never really looked at it in that way TS.
