For this thread, I have two questions, both relating to the Timelords.
Q1: As we know, there are other universes in the Dr Who Universe, to which are similar to the one we know and love, but, at the same time, are somewhat different.
In that respect, in other Universes, could the Timelords still be at large? Or likewise, could there be a Universe where the Daleks won the Time War, and are indulged in a vast empire?
Q2: The Doctor continually states that he is the sole survivor of his people. Even after he has met The Master in older episodes, he still stages he is the sole surviviour. Regardless of whether The Master is now dead or not, could The Doctor be one of a number of Timelords that are still very much alive?
