• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Anyone else grow up watching the World Wrestling Federation? Probably not. But I did. And it was fake as a three-dollar bill. But it was awesome for a kid like me. Not that I ever beat anyone up. My cousins did. I got to be the ringside announcer most of the time. Then my uncle would come into the room and chase us all around the house. Good times.

Anyway, one of the greatest WWF wrestlers and showmen of all time, the "Macho Man" Randy Savage, had a heart attack behind the wheel. His vehicle then hit a tree. And he died. Like so many who participate in wrestling, he died young-- he was only 58.

One of the things I loved most about the Macho Man was that he looked like a fashion emergency, he talked like he was on drugs, and he was so far over the top that things barely made any sense when he was involved. But he was who he was, and made no apologies for it. He was a brilliant entertainer. OHHHH YEAHHH.

RIP Macho.

I was and still am a fan of Randy "Macho Man" Savage. Pro wrestling can be really fun as long as you remember it is intended to be entertainment, not sport. The outrageous outfits. The odd characters and their strange mannerisms. The feuds and the crazy things they caused. It is male soap opera and nobody, nobody did it better than the Macho Man. Nobody else ever came close.

"Oh, yeah! Babeee!"

Never failed to make me smile. And never will. Although now the smile will be a little dimmer. R.I.P. Randy. You got to do what so few of us do while you were here. You got to live life wide open full throttle doing something you really liked and were good at.

I too was a fan of The Macho Man. He was one of the first that I liked along with Bam Bam, Junk Yard Dog, Hacksaw Jim Duggan and of course Hulk Hogan. He will be missed by the entertainment world.

the best was the end of the 80s early 90s when Hulk Hogan and the Macho Man were HulkamaniaSuperstars they were like THE tag team to watch and beat. Then Macho went to WCW and Hogan followed suit shortly after. You had Lex Luger, Sting, Hogan, Macho and WCW became the rising company that nearly toppled the WWF/WWE
