These are some ship designs (still WIPs) from the Starfleet Museum site.

The name of the classes are on the jpegs.

As I failed to make some myself, all I need now are textures for the ships :(

Thanks.

This is the Lancaster class cruiser.

And I developed a Pre-TOS shipyard:

The ship inside the structure is a Lancaster as well. (I simply build the yard yournd the ship).
I think I may even have a Lancaster and Yard texture in a few days!

Pardon me. Do you mean "why not make a Pre-Tos Mod"?

Well, if you can compress time with the usual treknobabble, then why not. But time is a rare resource...

Currently, I do not look so far ahead. Plan is to do all the models for Parallels. Do the basic work for Age of Expansion and Modern Space Combat and then refine both.

These ships are just the work I do when I am not modelling for the above mentioned projects or playing Dangerous Waters or what a human being does all day and night.

Will do, TM! Expect a ship pack (when I figures the textures...)

Speaking of textures:

A Beta-texture of the Lancaster! More to come up soon.

Looking very nice, very nice indeed  Reminds me of the first mod I ever played - the romulan war mod. But I think, in all honesty, that your ships look a lot better.

Looks good but a suggestion could be not make it so like the TOD Pre-TOS if not that the textures look smoothly (IT really looks cool) but you undertand what I mean?

Let's say like the Soverieng that the ship dont't look so "rusty" if not have a nica actual touch.

Well, I think it looks like TOS right now, and thus it will look like it.

Don't worry, it is not even fully textured and some parts of the texture need to be rescaled, like the stars on the keel and the red stripes after them...

Yes... they shall look like TOS, as these are ships from the time before Kirk was on tour.

Here are some pictures of the McKinley Spaceyard/Drydock:

The docked ship is the Lancaster Class Cruiser USS Eisenhower NCC-1226.

Thank you! :ty:

Here is another ship. This time it is from the Romulan War!
The heavy Conqueror class. The long cone on the top bow is a missile launcher, that can fire missiles at a very fast rate.
The ship is the Conqueror CHM-69.

Amidships on the keel it has a heavy laser cannon, as well as two pulse laser turrets on port and starboard with two guns each.

The United Earth logo is the United Nations logo (I got it from the UN website) .

Please not that this model is a high poly mesh! (3000+ polies) I made it to look good in the first place. I will release it seperately with a full complement of weapon systems, that will prove a match to all smaller Romulan stock units.

Well, if someone does the co-ordination and all that what you need to do to make a mod, I would supply a number of models. after Parallels is finished I would have some more time for other models...
Just a thought.

This is the Belleau Wood class troop assault ship. Primary role is to function as a Command ship and as support for heavy troop landings.

Let's see who is fit in history: What is the ship named after?

The name could be USS Thunder, because launching drop ships on planets! And who fit on history; do you mean a Captain? Well, could be called Douglas O'Connor!

Grammar and Spelling checked and corrected - Intrepid

No, TM, sorry, you did not get the question...
The ship is named after an event in Earth History of the 20th century (or better said after a place where this happened).

Hmm, I think it is the battle of Belleau Wood, where allied forces fought against the German Empire near the Marne river during WW1. That's if I remember my history correctly.

Looking good on the models :D

  That is correct. It was actually the first heavy engagement of US Marines against German troops ever.

And thanks on the model.

I will come up with a carrier from the Romulan War later.
