• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Maybe we should start a countdown like Kat did with her signature leading up to the wedding.

I can say that by this time next month I should be well finished with the worst command and leadership in the US Army. I can not wait...

I'm glad you made it back in one piece ;)

I never knew if I envy soldiers or not. Serving your home is a great thing. but risking your life every day and maybe dying in a pointless battle... Just doesn't seem to be a good way to die. I'm gald that there are people who made the decision and went to be soldiers instead of me

It is simple what we are doing here. We are providing the needed security and supplies for the locals in Afghanistan to have the basics that we enjoy. Food, water, and basic education. You would be amazed how uneducated most of these people are. My kids in 1st and 5th grade have more education then most in this country. It is only through education that the locals will learn that what most of these fanatics preach is wrong. I am not talking about any religion there either. I am talking about how they even teach small children if they die for the cause of keeping the fanatics in power then they will have some kind of honor. By stablizing this part of the world, We can make ourselve that much safer. For that chance I am honored.

It's a very important job in my books, one that will hopefully one day lead to a united planet and allow us to expand into outer space.

You've done a very important job CF, congratulations for a job well done. :)

Welcome back to the civilian world.

Are you still enlisted with the armed forces or are you put into reserve status?

I figured this was the best place to put this update....

I finally got an appointment with a specialist to check out my knee and see if they will give me a MRI to figure out why I have no stability in my right knee. My appointment is on Thursday. Hope it all goes well.
