I think cinima is making a comback, but I may be wrong. Movies such as John Carter, and the Avengers make seeing movies worth it, but then again, when we still have twilight movies coming out, I guess I could be wrong... There are quite a few movies coming out that I am interested i seeing though, the new spiderman, Batman, etc.


Turns out, they are making another Marvel movie, in addition to the sequals they have planned. It will be called "Nick Furry." IMO they should just call it Samuel L. Jackson the movie.

Dewbacca was a concoction I came up with when I started flying Xwing vs. Tie fighter back in the days of AOL... *shudders* ughhh, dial up nodes sucketh. I've enjoyed it for many years with no competition for it anywhere I go. Combo of my name "Dewy" and of course.... everyone's favorite Wookie.

I had all of those as well. I liked T.I.E. Fighter best. Even then back then, the Dark Side was(and remains) far more appealing to me. Wore out an IBM 486/33MHz playing them. Along with about twenty or so really cheap joysticks. LucasArts hasn't made a decent game since then. My Opinion and I'll stand by it. I've not bought anything they've done since after reading the reviews of all that came after.

I started at 14.4K on America On Hold and got "upgraded" to 28.8K. These Kids today, eh? No clue as to how good they've got it, lol.

If I may, I would like to caution you here. We generally do not ever annoy She Who brings Order From Chaos around here. Three reasons:

1) She is a great person who is as true a friend as you'll ever find anywhere, let alone on the InterWebs.
2) She's Norwegian. Which means there's Viking blood in there. Never good to cross a Viking, no matter what century you're in. Go and get your Danegeld ready now, please.
3) She has an unlimited supply of Drones and will not hesitate to flood the place with them if we get out of line. Took forever to clean up the Employee Lounge the last time this happened.

You didn't know, so in her gracious and wise forbearance she'll probably let you slide. This time, lol.

Less than three years ago I still had nothing more than such a 28k connection. Oh, and while we're talking about primitive technology, I'm right in the middle of a dead zone. "What do you say, kitteh? NO CELLPHONES? How are people surviving out there?" Well... It's called landline.
