[WIP] MSFC Logo Redesigns

Hello all,

Well I have been in an artistic mood the last couple of days, along with the completion of the Jigoku class model and the new avatar and signature combo I have done some re-designing of the MSFC logos.

It's nothing too extreme and to be totally honest I am still undecided if I am going to use them.

The first of the attachments is the main logo, done in a different text font. The second is a water-image logo designed to be put on images and such.

I am interested in feedback with these. Anything you have to say positive or negative is very much welcome. If you prefer what we currently have, them tell me as I'd love to hear it. Trying to out-do oneself isn't easy.

Style-wise, the new font seems to be a logical successor to the current one we have. If you keep the color design, then I'm all for it. My vote is the one with the blue background. The one with the green BG isn't though. The "C" became hard to find lol

Yeah that's why I think a watermark image is the best bet for it. Basically playing with ideas, however I think MR Blue here will stick as I really want to keep the original feel of the current logo in any future replacements.

I personally like the blue one. Like JF said, the C is a little tricky on the green one.

The blue one is my favourite as well, it keeps the classic look of the current logo.

However I like the Green as it's different but I wouldn't have it as the main logo, more like an alternative or watermark image.

I also prefer the one with the blue background, it may be less fancy than the other one with green background, but it is easier to find all the letters in it .
Also the blue one is a bit more sober than the green one and it follows the current logo without been a copy.

Yup, I agree. The blue one is the best.
I like the idea of a MSFC watermark! It would be great to have something like that. But the green logo just screams "Heeey! He cut off my c!", especially if you're used to the big fat 'MSFC' on the top of the page. Still, it's a fine design.

The Original does seem to be the more popular than the green one. Perhaps I'll look into doing a differently designed watermark image. It was a risk doing the green one, something I wanted to try out. But I wasn't a huge fan of it, but I still liked it and I'll see what else I can come up with.

Yeah, the Green one seems a little wierd to be used as a logo.

i prefer the second one. I know there is a problem with the c at the beginning, but have you tried mirroring the c and add it to the right side then?
