• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Ok here is sometrhing I did last night. I have been trying to make wallpapers for desktops and well here is a cardassian one lol.

I like it a lot. A very good job. I like the new sig and Avatar too.

The only thing I can think of, is what would it look like in a "frame". I'm thinking using the borders to make an octagon/polygon shaped frame around the image.

Ya I have kinda gone Cardassian :lol:

I have been watching DS9 again and well got back into them. Just watched Return to grace on season 4 and well its Damar's first episode and Ziyal was in it and there my two faverite Cardassian's so I decided to Play around with GIMP and made three Cardy pics (Yall have changed yours so I thought I would join the Band Wagon lol)

I have made some discoveries such as the glow around my Avatar and I will impliment them in my next Desktop image lol.

Looking good, Remember the more you have fun with the Image the Better it will get. There has never been an Image that I loved more than the Ones that I have Fun Creating, and those that Cause me to Pull out my hair well I tend to think they are Junk.

Well I have photoshop now and while I will say I am kinda wanting to go back to GIMP because I am more familier, by sticking with Ps I am sure I will get the hang of it and i does have a cool array of features so here is my latest work.

It is more of a experiment into colouring effects and layering things etc. I used some brushes I found on the net. so I can't take credit for those heh.

Very nice...
Not what i expected from a cardassian at all :p

has a nice mysterious edge to it, adn the colours are definitely nicely blended. Kudos and thanks for showing it off :)
