Finally gotten Bridge Commander to work again, though I'm reinstalling mods slowly so it doesn't die on me

As a result, I'm going to start having BC pics in this thread from now on as well. A2 will still be here predominantly, and will still be the source of pics from my fan-fic.

The quality is great, but I can't say that I like the ship. I'm sure it's labeled "created by FanBoy" somewhere... Not your fault, the pics are awesome.
What is that thing in the front saucer gap? A deflector? Or some kind of super-powered phaser cannon?

Since it's an -X design, I'd have to go with it being a powerful cannon. If the Galaxy-X's could rip through a Negh'var, a Sovereign's should make a Cube look like soft cheese

Awesome pics, but a horrible design, it ruins the Sovereign class and certainly not worthy of the Enterprise name.

But the pics are great, very well done mate.

I'm sure Nalthren would love those material he absolutely digs the Sov-X. But unfortunately for me, not so much lol.

Loving the spec maps though. ^_^

lol, thanks guys. I don't find it all that an appealing of a design as well, but its not really that terrible either. Bellow we've got some screenies of my outfitted Enterprise-D owning a Sov-X, along with some beauty screenies. Strangely, the damage effects seem to add to her beauty...

Good looking images, still I have always found A2 pics more appealing, they have a nicer look to them over BC in my opinion.

More beautiful DJ Galaxy shots. My modding skill has increased in BC, as I am now able to add weapons, change certain system properties, etc. As such, my Enterprise-D is now a perfect representation of my fan-fic stats

Well, it's been quite a while since I posted here, hasn't it? BC likes to give me more problems than my custom A2 at times, but it's still fun to play to get a different gameplay style for the same franchise. I'm gonna be playing it a bit more often, maybe have some more pics by the end of the night.

7 and 8 are great man. i think the others might have been ruined by the planet's textures, but their layout is great too.

1 is pretty sweet too, the other sovereign textures are just a little blurry though.

I agree with you on that. I was just toying with camera angles that day, and I got that really good one for one-shot torpedo moments, like Generations (movie had its cool moments, doesn't make up for it though). I just happened to get it over the stock starting planet, so I was a little disappointed about that, but overall I liked.

As for the Sovereign pics, the BC engine likes to blur out the textures like stock A2 did, even though there's no lower-res textures in the directories. Must've been a memory issue thing. It's realistic in a sense, I'll give it that.
