• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

I'm sure that a good while back, I posted this very pic to show some WIP for the planet background. I just went back and did some post-edits though, and so here's the shot again, greatly enhanced IMO. :)

In retrospect, some of the parts like the extra glows around Enterprise can't be seen all that well due to the brightness, but I still like it. How about you?

Very cool, only flaws would be the stars around the planet (is the planet see through lol) and the lights seem to be a bit redundant. :cool:

Hello gentlemen,

Been a while again, hasn't it? I hate being away from here for so long. Anyways, to once again announce my return, I've made a little number starring my favorite starship again, featuring one of Uncle Thunder's new planets! Nice to see you're gettin' back in the game Thunder! :)

Anyways, here we have my latest piece, titled "The Return to Glory", signifying MSFC's overhaul.

I've outdone myself this time. You know how I know? I accomplished one of my dreams. :shock:

I've successfully re-textured the P81 Galaxy-Class model with DJ Curtis' fantastic textures. She looks absolutely stunning.

Man, here I was hoping to be here a lot more often. Oh well, I'd best take these opportunities as they come.

I've been trying to do a change of pace with my A2 renders recently. I love the Enterprise-D and all, but there's more to Star Trek than just that ship. So I decided to make a render of the good ol' Enterprise-E. More are hopefully to come soon, as well as another chapter in the Star Trek: Unending Frontier saga.
