• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Hey every1, my names Andy. I've been brought here by... Jeddy? I do know him, honest. Just I normally call him Teebol, or Boltee, or Korma - its normally dependant on the Alcohol blood levels :p I live in the same town as him when I'm not at Uni (which is in England) and I'm studying 3D Computer Animation at Swansea (which is in sunny wales... spot the mistake there :p).

I've been asked here to do some support modelling his andromeda mod as I've a fair amount of poly modelling experience (in Maya). I'm not a huge sci fi nut, I mean I kno and like some of it - the new BSG was great - so please excuse the voice of ignorance.

There... done :D

Welcome. I might add that many model makers visit here too, so you should find some of it interesting. BSG... That's good enough, it's definitly a SciFi series.:)

I was in "sunny" wales myself over the summer and it was quite sunny for most of the time.

Welcome to the site fella, and glad to hear theres a new modeller on the AndrArmada team... looks like they have some great models anyway (especially with rods) but the more the merrier for designs not finished yet!!

cant wait to see how things progress

Just a side comment, I kno so far I've not posted anything but any questions or requests to do with 3D just ask - worst I can say is no, lol but I'm here to help out with things and I enjoy doing so :excited:
