One thing I kinda noticed about Halo 2... The 'Normal' difficulty setting could easily be called 'Easy' and 'Heroic' could easily be 'Normal', the only one that I really found difficult was actually 'Legendary' and that took me around 12 hours... The storyline for it was good, not great, but there were some holes missing and other parts that just plain made no sense without some of the extra stuff Bungie threw in with the Collector's Edition DVD...
You kidding? Normal difficulty I struggle through, they just make the higher difficulty way too hard for the average gamer.
Just, hopefully, they don't fall into the trend of just churning out poorer and poorer quality games, flooding the market, because of that.
I agree, Halo 3's storyline was a disappointment, too short and too rushed.
Sorry majest, have to disagree with u there.
didnt like 2 much, storyline wasnt too enthralling (so much so that i cant really remember much aside from the Arbiter) however i did like the fact that u saw life from the "other side" fr once.
We all have different opinions, i'm just stating that Halo 2's story was much better and easier to follow. It didn't at all seem rushed like Halo 3 was. I fell Halo 3 should have had more time on Earth fighting the Covenant and on Installation 04.
Majestic Just read your first post, not sure if anyone has said it but...
Theres a cut scene after the credits where u see chief and cortana in the back end of the ship, cant explain it, but you shud see it!
I was at the Launch thing in our local game store, and got it (23 minutes past midnight) Came home me and a friend played through it and ur right, about 7 hours of gameplay.
but all in all this was a fitting end!
Or was it...?
Well I have only managed to complete it on easy, normal I am struggling through and I haven't even got to the first flood level yet.
