Well, I don't have the resources nor the simplest idea on modeling. However, I got my descriptive words at my disposal. This is completely a request, and voluntary to take up. The Description is below:

Class: Fallen Angel Class
Commissioning Era: Mid 26th to Early 28th Centuries
Aesthetic Ancestors: Galaxy Class, Dawnstar Class, Dauntless type
Relative Size: 1 3/4 Galaxy
Appearence:

The general over structure of the ship is similar build to the Galaxy. The engineering section however recieves some of the Dauntless' "Genes" as it receives her Geometric Deflector (where it is formed to the ship rather then pressing into it) as well as similar nacelles (that still share traces of Galaxy traits). The saucer section will be much like a galaxy just a bit more... smooth and dynamically shaped (more smooth, like the wells).

As for weapons, the ship has Quantum phaser arrays (which glow blue like those on the Ares). And for its torpedo launchers, it has two forward facing launchers on the engineering section (similar to where every Galaxy relative has a launcher), one forward facing launcher on the saucer (located on the underside of the saucer). Then you have one aft facing launcher on the engineering section (mounted in center of the Nacelle Pylons). Mounted ontop of the saucer is also two forward facing Quantum Pulse launchers (you can look at the FO Miranda II for a 25th Century version, and then just up it to how you think it'd look).

If someone can draw a few concepts, it could help people who wish to model it. I can provide additional details when needed.

If you could post a picture about your dream ship, it would be much easier to imagine it. Only a few quick sketches.... I just can't imagine how could a Dauntless engineering and a Galaxy saucer fit together:confused:

If you could do a rudimentary picture with basic shapes, that would help alot.

I'll see if I can hand draw it. Though I guess it is simply a matter of detail. Also I'd also like to note that my scale drawing isn't perfect either.

@K_Merse
It is simply that the engineering has a Dauntless deflector. Just for clarification.

Well, I can admit, my drawing is BAD. Ok... so don't stick too much to it. It is a minimal detail, hand drawn sketch. And my scanner kinda blew it up with very high dpi. But I trimmed it down. I apologize for the poor quality tho. :(

Hopefully you can make something out of this. The window patterns and details are all up to you. Feel free to make changes to the Saucer section and nacelles where you see fit. I am open to improvements. The star drive is open for improvement if you find a way to better mesh a Galaxy hull with a Dauntless Deflector. After all, my drawings count as an alpha level concept (which means very, very flawed).

If any of you wish to take up this project, feel free to do so. You can post a WIP thread when you get to a point you wish to let out on your progress. I'll always be happy to support and state my opinions.

Very interesting design, I'm not sure if I like it or not...
Basicly I'm on the side of historical plausability and I didn't see any starship with a Dauntless-like deflector, except of the Dauntless itself. Which wasn't a Starfleet vessel at all. So personally I would prefer an alternate deflector style if you don't mind. Also, I would remove some glowy parts form the narcelle, it's just too much for a standard narcelle configuration. Or maybe I'm wrong :D

Anyway, could you draw an orthographic view about the full ship (saucer and engineering together)? It would help a lot.

very interesting. I like the nacelles too, I just wonder if the ships back half might be too narrow. with the nacelles being so close together and all.

Well, I admire your thoughts. I am horrible at drawing. But I could have another go at it.

Though to me I really want the Dauntless Deflector. That to me is the most important detail.
