Ten Little Aliens was a BBC novel released in June 2002 featuring the First Doctor, Ben and Polly and written by Stephen Cole. I got this book for free with the 2007 SFX Doctor Who special.
The title is a play on Ten Little Indians by Agatha Christie and this book was released some six years before Agatha Christie herself turned up in TV Doctor Who in The Unicorn and The Wasp. It also featured some dangerous stone angels five years before The Weeping Angels turned up in Blink.
Very enjoyable mystery especially when late in the novel Cole structured the story by having a look at the perspectives from each of the characters with instructions to the reader to go to a certain page to read from a character's viewpoint.
