• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Hey, Y'all! Thunderfoot here. Recently, MSFC began hosting this wonderful ship which was originally designed by Hellkite and made into a playable A2 ship by some very high speed talent. I added the ship into my personal A2 install and thought, "Wow!" Then, like most modders, I couldn't resist tinkering to see if I could, ahem, "make her a tiny bit better". This Add On is the end result. I was trying to get Seraphim to match the Feds in my personal install a little more closely. The new textures herein are the result of me trying to bring out more of their amazing details and then shifting the base color slightly more towards the soft dove grey which has become so popular for Starfleet vessels since the series DS9 and Voyager. The ODF adjustments came about because due to her stated mission profile Seraphim would indeed have the ability to engage multiple targets at once. I also decided something this size should have its own set of physics. The build button and the wireframe match the transparent ones I use. The wireframe is not sectioned because I've always thought a commander would primarily need to know how many "runners" he has at the moment and should not be trying to track which ship had a malfunction in Auxiliary Personal Refresher Station Number Seven at the height of a battle.
