Now I really like this design, it just screams Romulan Bird of Prey variant or sister design to me. It fits in with the TOS so well you can't fault it at all. It was one of the few jewels in Legacy and like all non-canon Romulan designs in Legacy it's a FASA design.
Jetfreak has done his research and put it into the appropriate category as the original FASA design was. I feel personally it would make a good cruiser by looking at the design and the windows on the design. However as always the choice is yours. One thing I didn't put in the readme, HP01 and HP02 are for the torpedo launchers which aren't in the odf file. Just a little lending hand for you if you want to use this as something bigger.
