Known officially in the Expanded Universe as the CR92a or Assassin Corvette, these ships were supposedly utilised by the Galactic Empire. I decided since the Expanded Universe is now non-canon anyway thanks to Disney and Episode 7 to rename this design to CR95 and make it a Rebel Alliance ship.
The CR95 is a militarised version of the CR90, with the weak posts designed out and additional armour and weapons. Advertised by Corellia as a defensible transport, there market was aimed solely at the Rebel Alliance and small transport companies who needed added protection from pirates. They still retained the signature traits of fast speed (although not as fast as the CR70 or CR90 due to additional armour) and the ease of modifying and adapting the design with unique customisations.
Note: I just realised I forgot to add a hardpoint.txt document to this file. However it shares the exact same hardpoint layout as the CR70 and CR90. So you may download those to get the hardpoints for this model.
