- The Z'mortama is one of those obscure FASA designed ships that was largely ignored in the later incarnations of Trek. Also
known as the K17, the type was introduced in the late 2280's as a larger counterpart to the B'rel. Classified as a heavy
destroyer, the Z'Mortama was an effective combat vessel for its day. I've always seen this one as a good middle ground ship
between the more famous B'rel and K'tinga. Indeed, the ship takes elements from both designs and manages a pretty decent
merging of the two. It is also reasonable to assume that K17's served well into the TNG era. Considering that she was built
in quantity and her counterparts have also lasted that long.
- This particular mesh is Achilles' port of the p81 original that he used in Art of War. I decided to do a little touch ups
and release the ship as it's own. The textures in particular have been given great attention. I edited them to have a more
BoP-like color and appearance.
