I bloody well hope not, it's an overused plot device by the SW authors, it can't and shouldn't happen to 50% of the Sith they meet...

unfortunately they cant - theyve got the new Legacy comics further down the line where even the mighty Luke Skywalker has died and appears as a force ghost to Kade Skywalker, his descendant - think its supposed to be 130 years after the trilogy

Towards the end of the book Luke is seemingly killed in a StealthX while being persued by Jacen, also in a StealthX. Jaina is persuing Jacen and Jacen is making all the shots Jaina fires impact Luke instead. After a minute or two of heated battle Luke's StealthX goes up in a fireball while trying to attack the Anikan Solo...

Luke didn't actually die much to my displeasure, nor did Jacen even though Ben planted a vibrodagger so close to his heart the dagger moved when Jacen's heart beat...

I know what you are saying, whenever I try and sort out my pre-order lists (usually through amazon), it always goes bottoms up cos of the 2 different dates US and UK, and my books uually end up being "dispatched" for about 3 weeks and never get here.....

the worse ones are the ones actually in the books. bloodlines had the american release dates in the back, but because im from the UK and read dd/mm/yy and not mm/dd/yy... well, u can see the problem

However bang the title Halo, or FIFA on it and it will have a worldwide release date, that any retailer wouldnt dream of screwing up..........

absolutely. Unless a certain country complains about it and the release date else where gets pushed back to meet 'demand'.

Sony even admitted that the reason the european launch was delayed by 6 months was to make sure there were enough units to cover the American launch.
And then of course they had hundreds left on shelves. So much for the demand...

it'll be the redemption card. Its always the fierfeking (for anyone who doesnt know, thats a) redemption card unless Fett gets there first. Since presumably Luke fails to take him out seeking vengeance in Inferno...
