• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Ladies and Gentlemen. Star Trek Online has a public test server they call Tribble. Anyone can sign up for and use Tribble. You can either transfer an existing character or start new character. If you start a new character, it will not affect the number of available character slots you have on the live server (Holodeck). I have Otungku, Kurr, and Slaas on there. I know Majestic and Kat join Tribble yesterday. If we get enough to sign on, we can begin testing the upcoming Fleet Advancement System that they will begin testing soon. If you sign on, let us know here then we can organize a time to get on and begin testing. They already have two new events (one active and the other coming soon) going to Tribble. The first is the No Win Scenario. The other is a Colony Invasion. Both events will be accessible through the PvE queue. Both are available at any time but, if you take part at certain times, your rewards will be boosted.

Yes, my apologies General. Go to the Star Trek Online website. Click on the "Support" tab and go to the bottom of the list to "Public Test". Click on that it will take you to the page to transfer a character to the test shard. You must be logged in to the website in order to sign up. Once that is done, when you log into the the game's launcher, you will see the Public Test Shard option. Select that and let it update. Once done you will be good to go.

Note: to switch from the live server to the test server or visa versa, you must exit the game as simply logging out will not take you completely out of the server.

Silver members can only have one character copied over unfortunately, or so it seems to me, I have tried for several days without any luck.

I have copied over a KDF, so I am unable to copy over a Federation character.

I have both my fed and klinker copied over there.

Unfortunately though, I wanted to make a new klingon character, but it wouldn't let me even though I have a lv50 fed.
