• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

There is a thunderstorm right now there I live. It's been try and very hot the last days, so it's not surprising.

The only thing that is surprising is that the thunderstorm didn't get her earlier. After all, we have had a heatwave with over +40 degrees Celsius for almost the entire month now.

The lightnings srtikes down not so far away from here right now, so perhaps it's a good idea to get off the computer... :Y

Pheonix, you all right? I've heard some ugly news from South Africa, like heavy snowfall and breakdown of electricity and so on. I hope you're well.

Two tornados have hit Australia in the past week. One in Sydney last week (which started as a water spout but moved to land), and one today in Western Australia which destroyed 26 houses.

I thought that we didn't get them here in Aus?

I also thought we don't have tornados in Germany, until earlier this year, when a Tornado striked the city of Hamburg in Northeast-Germany and left three dead.

Weather's changing constantly. In winter we had Moscow's cold and now this summer we had Sydney's warm temperatures.

Tornadoes can strike anywhere. Just a question of how likely they are. Sounds like the weather around here. Never know if its going to be freezing, way to hot, or tornadoes every couple hours....so much fun.

Yes, I'm alright, thanks.

About tornadoes; I've heard that the only place they don't strike, is Antartica.

PS.: Then the thunderstorm did strike, I've remembered that the local newspaper had issued a tornadowarning...!
