Hello all.
Most of you know me, but I figure I should post my intro since I changed my name (sort of). I am formerly known as CaptSyf. I didn't feel that the Capt part anymore was proper.
My name is Syf (pronounced "S-IF"). 2nd Admin of this site.
I live in Oklahoma, USA. Been here for many years. However, I was not born here. I am actually from California. I enjoy "real-life" activities such as Hiking, Off-road bicycling, Swimming, Driving, Seeing places I've never seen before, and just hanging out with people of like intellect (which is very hard to find around here).
I am 31, with a DOB in June. I have 3 boys and a girl, ages ranging from 0.5 to 10yrs old. The girl is my youngest.
My computer interests are: 3D rendering, Computer Graphics, video-games, Game-Modding, and the list goes on. I used to work ing computers as a profession technician, and later owned and operated my own computer store. But after running into people that take their computer apart and don't know how to put it back together right, or worse, I had to get out of that field. Nowdays, I am aspiring to become a Game Developer. For now, I mod (modify) existing games until the day comes I can get into the industry.
T.V./Movie interests are: Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate, Babylon 5, and pretty much everything Sci-fi. I am a big fan of Star Trek, I like all things TREK.
My all time favorite car is the Corvette. Favorite year model is the 1963 split-window coupe.
I like Classic cars of the American muscle car days, as well as the highest tech cars of today, along with "Tuners". If it can go 160mph or faster, then I like it.
I'm also an aviation fan. I haven't met an aircraft I didn't like. My 2 favorite aircraft are the SR-71 Blackbird, and the F-16 Fighting Falcon. I like to go by airports and airbases just to get a quick glimps of airplanes and such.
I am also an Anime Fan. I like the japanese talent of mixing realworld with futurist stuff. My alltime favorite Anime series is Robotech.
My Favorite Toy (still today) is Transformers. I liked those things since I was a boy. And now that I have 3 boys, I have to collect them too.
