1. Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Not liking the Klingons. Looks good otherwise, though.

I am really hoping it turns out that those aren't the Klingons. Not holding my breath though.

I think they are. And I think they made way too much of an effort to make them all look like Krall

They're definitely the Klingons. I feel they look too Reman, or too much like the Klingon from Into Darkness, but with the makeup done on a much smaller budget. Also, I was fine with that guy not having hair to make him distinct (some humans shave their heads, after all), but Klingons in general should have a lot of hair, or at least some facial hair like they've had since TOS.

I had the same thought in reference to Krall

I'm worried that there wasn't all that great a shot of the ship itself. Makes me wonder if they're trying to hide a butt-ugly design

I heard something about them being ancient Klingons who were in suspended animation and were awoken. Hence the different appearance as Klingons in that era should be infected with the Augment virus and thus look like Humans.

I must prefer SciFiFan's comment on facebook about them being Hurq, would be cool. I'd love to see them cause a lot of issues that leads up to TOS.

One of the things that got me thinking [hoping] that they may be Hurq is that in one book I read (I know, not canon) that much of the Klingon's tech originated from the Hurq after they defeated them. The comment in the trailer about picking up multiple Klingon warp signatures got me thinking they could be actually picking up Hurg signatures but because of the history, mistake them for Klingon. That or they were Klingon signatures but are there to help because of the Hurq. Common enemy and all that.

    Just a thought.
