• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

ST: Bridge Commander and the Odyssey

Hey everyone! New here but a long time fan of star trek. One of my favorite Star Trek games is Bridge Commander. And, in another vein, one of my favorite ship designs is the Odyssey Class from STO (The original design not the yorktown refit). Something I've always wanted to do is somehow add the Odyssey class to Bridge Commander. Honestly I'm surprised no ones tried to create it before! I have zero skills creating ship textures, modeling, basically anything with modding BC. Does anyone have any advice as to where I can learn or, even more amazingly, would be willing to help out? I've tried to search online for a guides but have found very little to help me thats clear for someone with zero skills. Any help would be amazing, thank you!

I am not sure if I can post url/links here (as I am new), but the Odessey Class is available as a mod/addition to BC. In fact I may even have it in my BC game (I forgot as I added a bunch of games a long time ago and I forgot what I added). The adding of ships in BC is pretty complicated though and I forgot how to do it. But the ship is definitely around if you search for it in google
