• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

    Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

    We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

So I'm getting a exchange student in August for 6-months from New Zealand "Girl 17 year old from Wellington"

Got the approval letters from both the New Zealand's Embassy and the ASSE International Student Exchange Program.

LOL Apparently I and my Family flew thru the security clearance with flying colours "" I wonder why ""

Kiwi as, I'm surprised immigration actually allowed travel outside with all the covid stuff going around.

As was I but ,one my family are all vaccinated , two my kids school as a mandatory vaccination policy for physical attendance and three she will be going thru quarantine coming here and then when she returns home.

Surprised as well. I was going to Australia last year but Covid cancelled. We were trying for this year but they are closed and hoping to reopen next year so hoping 2022 I'll be down under

Sorry to hear that @Rifraf

The thing about this is that it 's student Visas instead of a travel/tourist visa
Add to that it is the US State department and the other government in this case the New Zealand government were the ones that set up the authorizations . Since broth were party to this from the start maybe it was one of the few reasons it when thru.

What do I know.

I'm not a diplomat, I'm just the guy that they call when diplomacy fails.:)
