[Request] Small Character Bio Image Manipulations

Hello!

Some people 'round here have made some really really good photo manipulations for RPGs.
I have a small request and maybe someone can help me out or tell me how to do it.

This is Sgt. Hadrian of the Battlestar Galactica. Now I would like to have her converted to a Trill to become First Lieutenant Isaella Dax, 2nd MACO Special Forces. Starfleet uniform is not necessary, the BDU fits very well with a Naval Infantry unit.

What i did was find a good picture of someone with Trill spots roughly the same size as his picture i then selected the spots in photoshop using the selection tool..i then overlayed them in a new layer on top of the photo and used the fill option with the paintbucket...i then blurred them so much that they blend in with the skin..and added a little noise..i then resized the picture to its original..and voila..instant Trill spots..

This guy a Trill already, isn't he? Always composed and very sure of himself. Does this by relying on the vast age and experience of the symbiont.
Never seen him rattled or flustered or with anything but an air of serene equanimity about him.
