• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

Okay. This one's pretty easy.

someone said:
Oh the sin of writing such words,—words which are clear as crystal, limpid and musical as bubbling springs, words which sparkle and glow like the poisoned diamonds of the Medicis! Oh the wickedness, the hopeless dam\nation of a soul who could fascinate and paralyze human creatures with such words,—words understood by the ignorant and wise alike, words which are more precious than jewels, more soothing than music, more awful than death!

(excuse the backspace, but the filter is getting on my nerves  this is a completely harmless quote that contains no swearing)

We have to break with what must be broken with once and for all… and we have to take the suffering upon ourselves… Freedom and power -- power above all. Power over all the tumbling vermin and over all the ant-hill!

No one ever does live happily ever after, but we leave the children to find that out for themselves.

And thus I clothe my naked villainy
With old odd ends stolen forth from holy writ
And seem a saint when most I play the devil.

That's from V for Vendetta, but I think V was quoting someone... I think it might have been Keats. Or Shakespeare.

A man is never more truthful than when he acknowledges himself a liar.

*** Hint a American writer ***

"Hints" used a pen name and was born during a visit by Halley's Comet, and he predicted that he would "go out with it," too. He died the day following the comet's subsequent return

A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.
