• Hello and welcome to MSFC. We are a small and close knitted community who specialises in modding the game Star Trek Armada 2 and the Fleet Operations modification, however we have an open field for discussing a number of topics including movies, real life events and everything in-between.

Being such a close community, we do have some restrictions, including all users required to be registered before being able to post as well as all members requiring to have participated in the community for sometime before being able to download our modding files to name the main ones. This is done for both the protection of our members and to encourage new members to get involved with the community. We also require all new registrations to first be authorised by an Administrator and to also have an active and confirmed email account.

We have a policy of fairness and a non harassment environment, with the staff quick to act on the rare occasion of when this policy is breached. Feel free to register and join our community.

I am looking for a software program. I just want to see if anyone knows where the best and cheapest might be. A local church is going to be having a 3-0n-3 basketball tournament. They need a program that they can run on a computer that shows score and time remaining. They want to run it in the computer to be able to use the projectors. That way they can have a "scoreboard" projected on the wall. Does anyone have any ideas? If you need to pm me the links. Thanks

I know I've seen something that can do what you're asking, my school had it for the basketball teams (each had a laptop) though they didn't use a projector at all...

I dont know if this is able to do what you need, but... http://www.turbostats.com/basket.htm

Projectors show what is on screen (desktop/programs etc) so any program should work with a projector.

As long as it shows on the computer screen. It will run on the projectors. I have shown that to them but if anyone knows of anything else. The more options the better.

A quick search on CNET came up with this one...

there are a few others there that are more professional and at least free to try.
Not sure how this works from US but you presumably have a mirror

BaileyVision Scoreboard

hope it helps.
(and that i haven't broken any rules by posting the site)

Yes. Perfect. I showed it to them and they were very pleased. Guess they did thier own search and was considering paying close to $100 for 2 copies of another. I thank you all for your help in the search.
