I like all but my favorite show of babylon 5 was the one where sheriden went to Za'Ha'dun (not sure on the spelling) and has to thermo nuclear bombs on a white star and destroyer the shadow captial cause it shows that the shadow aren't gods and can be harmed.

"Z'Ha'Dum" is an amazing episode. I like "No Surrender, No Retreat" (Army of Light vs Earth Alliance battle at Proxima III) and of course "Into the Fire" (Army of Light and First Ones vs Vorlons vs Shadows battle at Corriana VI).

There are some great episodes in B5 all above mentioned are in my top ten.

My no 1 Favourite is "The Long Twilight Struggle" the conclusion to the Narn/Centauri War.

I like 'em all about the same, all equally. Thus, no individual favorite episode for me.

I have lots of favorites, but if I was going to pick one i might have to choose "Day of the Dead". They achieved something special with that episode that's quite unusual. It was downright eerie. My minor in college was film, and I can say that the camera work in this one is incredibly skilled and even a little inspired. It fit very well with B5's last season and I think helped to wrap things up a little or at least give that sense to viewers that things were drawing to a close. It was rather sad in a strange way. It definitely leaves you with a strange feeling. I highly recommend this episode. But I must warn you that it might not make complete sense unless you've scene the entire series upto that point and can reasonably remember what has happened.

I gotta speak up on behalf of "The Deconstruction of Falling Stars". Such a random episode but it was JMS' intended closing episode to the series if the fifth season didn't come about. Truly awesome speculative scifi.

And it's hard not to love "Sleeping In Light", which WAS the end of the series.

My absolutely favorite episode was "Severed Dreams" which ironically was the second episode I ever saw of B5 and the reason I decided to start watching the series altogether...absolutely amazing episode.

"The Long Twilight Struggle" is another of my top 3. G'Kar's speech in the Council chambers just dropped my jaw to the floor first time I heard it ad the bombing of Narn with Mass Drivers...Londo's expression as he views it from the window and all that scene entails, simply brilliant.

"Sleeping in Light" rounds off the final choice of my top 3. No battles, no crazy goings on, simply one of the best written and acted episodes I've seen of any series. Filled with emotion and I bright look towards the future.

But this series was filled with episodes just as impressive as this.

On Crusade my favorite episodes were "The Well of Forever" , outstanding performance by Peter Woodward (Galen). And "The Path of Sorrows" was awesome with all the flashbacks between the 2 series.

The only real answer should be Severed Dreams or Sleeping in Light, those were exceptional episodes.

i think my all around Favorite Episode would have to be "Babylon Squared."

I simply LOVE Babylon 4's design. and the first time we see it was this episode.

plus i love Sinclair and Garibaldi's discussion of how they put on there pants each morning.

not to mention "you wanna talk socks?" is my favorite quote from the entire show. :lol2:

I agree " Sleeping In Starlight " is the most emotional episode of the entire serries(still makes my eyes watery every now and again whenever I watch it)that being said I think the entire serries is one big fat thumps up  for me and it's kind of hard to break them down to what episode is my favorite as they are all good to me. The entire premese of the Shadow War is what gravitates me to this serries(has and always have been)the way how humans are portrayed as part of the army of light..just like in Star Trek( " Sacrifice of Angels ").

However If I were to pick out three episodes from the entire serries to watch tonight, I would have to go with " No Surrender, No Retreat ", " Shadow Dancing ", and " Into The FIre ".

I have to say the sequel to 'Babylon Squared' which was the 'The War Without End' parts 1 and 2. Sinclair returns to B5 and leads Sheridan and the Whitestar on its mission to steal Babylon 4 to send it back in time for the Minbari to use in the first Shadow War. Also reveals that Valen is actually Sinclair; a reverse transformation of the one Delenn went through early in Season 2... And reveal the reason at the Battle of the Line that the Minbari let Sinclair go; he was a human with a Minbari soul or rather would later become Valen and why they surrender to Earth with them so close to defeat.
