The Tides of Time is a graphic novel featuring a collection of old comic strips featuring the Fifth Doctor.

The first of these stories is The Tides of Time:
Pretty good story with the character of Justin good as a stand-in companion and a good monster in Melancius.

Stars Fell on Stockbridge:
Second story in the graphic novel.
The Fifth Doctor here is accompanied by the very harmless UFO seeker Maxwell Edison.
Quite a fun little story with an astonishing ending.

The Stockbridge Horror:
Third story in the graphic novel.
Very very good story with a very surprising way of the Doctor getting out of his predicament.

Lunar Lagoon:
Fourth story in the graphic novel.
In this story the Doctor is held prisoner by a Japanese soldier who still thinks it is still World War II. This story sorts of reminds me of a Six Million Dollar Man episode which had a similar plot.
Not bad.

4-Dimensional Vistas:
Fifth story in the graphic novel.
New companion introduced here Angus 'Gus" Goodman and it involves the Ice Warriors and the Time Meddler.
Very exciting TARDIS chase sequence and what a shocker that comes at the end of the story.

The Moderator:
Sixth story in the graphic novel.
Very good story with very good villains in Josiah W Dogbolter and the Moderator of the title.
However it is too bad what happens to Gus towards the end.

Timeslip:
The seventh and final story in the graphic novel but this does not featured the Fifth Doctor but the Fourth Doctor and a few other familiar faces.
Good story featuring a creature who brings time backwards.
