Right well i heard nothing but good things about this game, and im eager to find out about it.

However im having a few problems.

For some reason i cant get the Resolution to change.

It seems to stick at 600x400 with 60hz refresh

The box says i need an nVidia 6800 or higher - I have a 7800 GT so i shoul dbe able to run this no problem right?

Well here is my current system;

Widnows xp SP2

2.4ghz Core 2 Duo

2gb RAM

nvidia 7800 gt

The Requirements on the back of the box says

xp sp2 or vista

2.8 ghz processor

1gb Ram

and nvidia 6800, ATI x1600 Pro or better.

I freely admit that i dont know much abotu this new fangled core 2 duo processors, but from what i gather my pc has 2 2.4ghz processors. so that shouldnt be a problem, right?

Also on a side note (No pun intended as you will see) The character is always on the left hand side of the screen - i dont know if this is intentional or what, its just annoying :/

1st (i know this is sarcastic) have you tried this Options----Make the chainges----Apply---then reset game as that chainge requires it
or do that via the games (if it has one) confi app in the game directory

btw AWSOME GAME i love the feature *shoot its limbs of to make it stay down (insert evil laugth here)*

ive done everything it just wont sort out the resolution.

well you will have to contact EA i tried looking at thier support page but Dead Space ain listed on the PC support list :/ so you will have to contact them then sorry maby its possible that the game only has one reisloution setting :/ so again sorry you will have to contact EA
