LMAO! Okay, I'm a big fan of the A2 modding community. You'll have to admit, we're all a little bit crazy. Like, when we go "YEEEEHAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!111" because Jetfreak's newest retex has been uploaded or Achilles finally made a FED ship or someone posted a news item about a TC mod we've been waiting for. Or, when people choose the Donut option of A2Files' poll. So, sometimes people write funny things or clever things. I've been collecting such Community quotes for a long time now, and I'm sure that many of you will remember some, too.
Now you have a place to post them.

I am going to start with my favorite quote, by theStarfleetKid:

As to memorable quotes which are seen all the time, I cannot really think of any others. There are certain phrases and statements which Community members use all the time and I find entertaining, but at this moment when I am actively trying to remember some, I got bupkis.

They don't have to be used all the time, but there are certain phrases that you read one time and never forget then.

I hope that donut talk quits soon, not wanting to put a downer on anything but it's one of those few reasons I don't often post on A2Files. That donut thing is old, really old and to be honest a bit immature and a A2Files thing rather than a MSFC thing.

Don't worry, we don't want to turn MSFC into the Donut Temple Of Doom. As for A2Files, Joelteon7 once stated that "whether you like it or not, donuts are a tradition on the site. Not having them on is like removing the 'Armada' from 'ArmadaFiles'."

Yup. There's only one problem: I don't have any of them in my collection. I haven't been around here long enough... still a noob, I guess.

To kick this thread off again, here is a fantastic one that I found in a thread at the Fleet Ops site. The member who created the thread was complaining about the mod not being well canon. Adm_Z said what everyone who was reading the thread was thinking and put (in my view) the guy in his place.

LOL, yeah. that was a fun thread to read. The person was *****ing about Non-cannon stuff, and henceforth took a real beating from the community.

BTW, and as i remmember, Maj posted some very eloquently put words over there. Needless to say i won't quote them.

Yeah the guy in question isn't my favourite member, I personally put him in the same filing folder as Jetnova and SquireJames, aka the Trouble Folder.

Some of the things there that I have said are best not repeated. I tried to stay respectful while letting him know where I stand on the subject.

Now if I could quote myself, I would use a real world phrase, a Australian common phrase that some of you may get a kick out of:
