Chance to create a company logo.

I am helping a friend build a website. The company logo they gave me they are unhappy with. I thought I would see if anyone wanted to help design the logo and a favicon for the site. The website name will be either AssistantFind.com or EmployerReady.com.... probably the latter. The current logo is a magnified glass that is partially over a circle and where they merge you see people. The color scheme for the overall page is blue and green. Different mixtures of the colors. I believe she likes the color teal most of all. I will try to post some screen shots of the site with the current logo to give you an idea.

If anyone would like to assist then I can make sure you are given credit for the design in the webpage. I can also include in the code your username and this site if people would like to contact you for more work.

Yes, but I was wanting something that did not have the name in it so if the site name changes the logo can stay the same. Also, some kind of favicon for it as well....

Here is the current direction where you can see the old logo still in place. The name is 99% sure now. It has even been officially changed. The slogan is going to change and the image needs to be square. So, 200x200 or 300x300.

New logo....

I am building a website for my boss. I want to include a splash screen of sorts for the page. I am including the company logo. I would like it to rotate or background on an old clock or something... Whoever creates this I will give full credit to in the code w/ a link to this site. It also has to fill the screen as much as possible or be centered on it atleast.

I still need to come up with a good favicon for this. Good thing I have 2 weeks to build this site. LOL.
