In a personal mod of mine, even though they'll be NPC. I was hoping for some new borg units. Now, I am simply going to try to keep it simple.
Borg Cube:
Small Talk:
I have seen various recreations of this vessel from top to bottom, some simply a box with 2D texturing, others made of bits and pieces of smaller components universal amongst many Borg units. And I know I'd be slapped in the face to not have a cube for the borg.
I was thinking of having four variants, 3 commonly accepted, and a 'new' one. But to get the facts straight, so far the most impressive cube to me was the one developed by the Fleet Ops team. Canon details and texturing is not a biggie as long as it well represents the 'borg' feel. The first variant would be what is referred as the "Voyager" Cube. The somewhat smaller cubes that are more commonly produced. The Fleet Ops team seemed to have nailed the scaling relatively well on the Voyager Cube. Next in line is the Tactical Cube, roughly the same size, just armored. Now unfortunately I am not a fan of the common "tactical armor" as things like "screws" and bolts seem to come up. And the armor leaves huge gaps where plain structure is visible. I would like a tactical cube that is given "Take 2", having more refined armor and presumably minimal 'gaps'.
The third Variant would be the Wolf 359 version, and I'd estimate it to be nearly the size of four voyager cubes merged together. I wouldn't exactly want it to be an inflated clone, rather give it a more 'crude' structure my seeing more borg mechanics on the surface and fewer smooth edges. But similar in colour scheme. The fourth variant will be the new pyramid cube. Which I will discuss in further detail.
Variants: 4
Examples of preference: Fleet Operations Cubes
Borg Sphere:
Small Talk:
So far I only know of two Variants, there is the 'canon' one which features the large crater in it that Voyager was 'trapped' in near the end of the episode Endgame of the last season. Then there is the variant displayed in the Armada series as well as Fleet Command 3 that does not have it. I would not mind either or both. I have been fond of the color scheme of the FO sphere, I just would prefer a bit less bumpy of a surface. Not smooth, but more or less like a minor tile pattern with mild variations in the heights of the different 'pieces'.
Variants: 1 or 2
Examples of Preference: Fleet Operations Sphere
Borg Diamond:
Small Talk:
I would love a diamond that is fairly close to cannon, the stock one rather disgusted me. And the Fleet Ops one kinda took the Dark approach a bit overboard. I'll be happy to provide what images I have to help. I am not picky just try to go as close to canon and still preserve the borgy feel.

Borg Pyramid:
Small Talk:
This is a rather common non-canon borg vessel. Almost accepted as widely as canon. The pyramid has had a rather rough experiences in many attempts, some coming close, and others just plain loosing it. Unfortunately I have not found any exceptional examples that reach my preference. However I will try to explain it to you.
The most common version is a square base pyramid. Most commonly made rather narrow, this version has been often accumulated as a destroyer type for the borg with the exception of Fleet Operations. In Fleet Operations, the top was dismembered making it a plateau instead of a high mountain. The approach I wish to go for is rather mathematically demanding. I want a pyramid that is at least sizable for a small borg cruiser. But that can have a cube made out of it. This would mean a square base and a 45 degree angle for the sides. I'm sure some members from the FO forums remember me bringing this idea up before.
To make a cube out of pyramids, they'd have to have 45 degree sides. And you would use their bases to make the out sides. 6 pyramids, 4 on the sides, on on top and one beneath.
Now, before I describe my next version. Just breathe for a moment..... ok. Next up is a pyramid that is also called a tetrahedron. Basically all 4 sides are triangles. Preferably equilateral triangles. This would be my destroyer version seeing it is a simpler version. As with regards to texturing these two arrowheads of borg, its up to you. Just like always I want it to echo "Borg" when you look at it.

Examples of Preference: None
Borg Cylinder:
Small Talk:
The Borg Cylinder has been a bit of a favorite of mine. I can never understand why, but it is always one that I tend to always look for. This I would presume to be a cargo vessel or freighter. I find the best example being the one converted from SFC3. I loved the blue, just that its borg scream was not enough of a scream.
Variants: 1
Examples of Preference: SFC3 version
Borg Terrahedron:
Small Talk:
Commonly known as the A1/FO Assimilator. The Terrahedron I found to be a great looking vessel, I always thought of it as a long range assault vessel of the borg. And I wanted a version that showed it. I wanted a Terrahedron that featured your perspective of a high-yeild long-range Gravimetric Torpedo launcher. As well as a large disk-like emmiter system for shockwave special abilities that I planned for it. Like I said, the designing is yours.
Variants: 1
Examples of Preference: Fleet Operations and Stock A1
Borg Disk:
Small Talk:
A flat, disk-like vessel that has a large diameter, but is rather thin. Exact scale is not a place where I am picky, yet I plan this to either be a construction vessel or likely a mobile turret. If you need some inspiration, there is a "Borg Ellipse" on SFC3 files that can give you a mild perspective, however please fill the holes when making a concept.

Borg Prism:
Small Talk:
Commonly known as either the Probe or Interceptor. The Prism is a common scout vessel for the Borg collective. Its rather simple, and I am not picky how you approach it.
Variants: Unnumbered
Examples of Preference: Fleet Ops Probe
Borg Orb:
Small Talk:
An Orb is basically rather like an oblong sphere. An egg being the best example of such. How you design it is up to you.

Okay..... thats all I have. I am open to questions, and I am not picky on who makes it or how long it takes.
