Midnight Universe is a custom universe add-on made by Yacuzza for Star Trek Armada 2. Midnight Universe includes a TEST map with a new fully custom universe and as this is a modders pack it lets the mod creator choose what parts of it to include in their own creation and for the editing of old maps. An easy to use map editor is included in this pack.

This new pack is third release and many things are updated to other 2 versions
Added new suns textures and higher poly models for them
Added 10 animated planet models with atmosphere, as background objects
Added new dilithium moons models
Added new latinum and bio-matter models
Added new tritanium moons models
Added new asteroid fields in 3 different variations
Added asteroid dust that can damage your ships
Added new set of backgrounds
Added new asteroid fields in 3 different variations
Added Storm3D to view you models
Added new installer with easy to use user interface
Added new animated models of comets that travels through the map
Added new installer with easy to use user interface
Added new map editor.
Be aware that this mod breaks compatibility to stock 1.1 A2.
Latinum nebula's were changed to give huge amounts of latinum and the infinite dilithium moon was changed to a metal mining moon so some modding knowledge will be required to change these back if you prefer a more stock arrangement.
