Edit: Assassin's Creed 3 is still available, if anyone is interested. Seems to be pretty well optimized, too. I've been running it at max settings, 4k, 60fps. I do have two GeForce 950's, but still.

I have Mass Effect 2 with the Firewalker, Cerberus, and Zaeed. I have yet to install it on my new hard drive so I just may claim it through Origin for all the extras.

Edit: Actually, it looks like it's all DLC for every Halo game released on 360 at the least. If @Majestic or someone else with an Xbox One could check DLC for newer games, that would be great.

I suppose this counts. Tomb Raider 2 is being remade by some fans. They also have permission from the rights holder so it's legal and approved. I don't know how far along it is overall, but you can download and play the first level as a demo.
